The total price, including shipping costs, is clearly indicated before payment.
No additional customs duties, import taxes, or hidden fees will be charged after purchase.
The Seller covers any applicable import-related charges under standard shipping.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), subject to stock availability.
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
Shipping operations take place Monday through Friday.
During peak periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.
If an item is out of stock or on pre-order, shipment may be delayed until it becomes available.
Unless otherwise specified before purchase, delivery will occur within a maximum of 30 days from the order date.

8. Delivery Issues
Customers are encouraged to inspect their package upon delivery.
In case of damage, missing items, or delivery issues, the Customer should:
- retain all packaging and contents
- provide supporting evidence (photos, order number)
- contact customer support promptly
If an incorrect address is provided or a package is unclaimed, reshipping fees may apply.

9. Returns and Withdrawal

Return instructions and conditions will be provided upon request.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received or proof of return is provided.
Return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise stated.
Certain products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
This includes, but is not limited to, personal care and hygiene products that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery.
Such items cannot be returned or refunded once unsealed, unless they are defective or not as described.
A withdrawal period of 14 days from delivery may apply depending on applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers exercising this right must return the goods within 14 days after notifying the Seller.
